Brief Answer:
Please provide me more information, Diclofenac is better than ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Adverse effects are there with diltiazam and irbesartan like low blood pressure and hyperkalemia and other electrolyte imbalances with poor kidney function

as such there are no drug interactions with ibuprofen with irbesartan and diltiazam

I would like further information to guide you even better
Relevant medical history like diabetes or kidney disease
since how long you are having these medicines

In my opinion you should take diclofenac for sciatic pain as diclofenac is even better than ibuprofen for musculoskeletal pain

Please revert back to me with details So that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

I do not have diabetes or kidney disease, based in recent tests.
I have been taking the blood pressure medicine for 10 years.

No major adverse effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Lookinh at your detailed description I don't think you will have any major adverse effects with Ibuprofen. However in my opinion you should ask your doctor for diclofenac with muscle relaxant and vitamin B12 for sciatic pain
