There is no known interaction between glutamine and the traditional medications mentioned.

Glutamine can interact with anti seizure medications as well as chemotherapy meds (meds for cancer) but no history of problems with norvasc (actual drug is amlodipine ) and simvastatin.

Norvasc and simvastatin have a potential interaction which may not be a problem for you.
The norvasc increases the effect or levels of the simvastatin
