I am suffering from severe hairfall since past few years. Doctors have advised several medications but they dont seem to help.
Recently I was told to use Hairjoy 5% solution but I have heard that continuous use leads to performance issues, erectyle disfunction and long term use can even lead to infertility. Is this correct?

You can treat your hair fall by taking biotin and calcium supplements.
The hair XXXXXXX 5% you are concerned of contains MINOXIDIL. Which when taken orally or by injectables has the side effect of erectile dysfunction and infertility. But the topical application on scalp has least minimal absorption and so will not have all the above mentioned side effects.
You can use it till your hair fall reduction is seen.
