Brief Answer:
HIV risk through nail cutter used after few days is almost nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Your sister is very well known to you and close to you. You would be knowing that she has no risk for HIV. Then where is the question of HIV?
HIV transmission risk through nail cutter is negligible (other than blood trnsfusion, needle prick, anal and vaginal intercourse and oral sex) as per CDC, XXXXXXX
HIV can not survive outside the bodyfluids not more than few seconds. That too, you have used the same few days after her use. HIV transmission is not at all possible. Don't get anxious for such minor things in our day to day activity. It will be miserable to you in future. Forget about the same and carry on your routine.
Have a nice day.
