Can HIV Be Transmitted Through Pimples Or In Grown Hair Near The Penis?

Question: I had unprotected vaginal sex with with a woman a woman I don't know well 12 days ago. The morning after, unnoticed an ingrown hair with a tiny whitehead on it about 1/2 inch from the base of my penis, where hair stops growing. It scabbed a day or 2 later. On day 10 after exposure, I woke up nauseous and generally weak. Never vomited but got a fever around 6pm. Fever went up to 99.7 and broke around 4am and never returned. Started to feel better the next day and felt 100% within another day. I've read conflicting information on whether HIV is transmittable through pimples or in grown hair at the base of the penis, from insertive vaginal sex. Some say it's not likely because of where the ingrown hair is, that vaginal fluid would be exposed to oxygen and thus kill the virus immediately. I'm concerned that my stomach flu could be ars. Please advise.

I have reviewed this information. The exposure and timeline are not consistent with a possible HIV infection. It is true that every encounter constitutes a risk but the risk from this is very minimal and almost nonexistent. The worried mindset is more explanatory for all that is going on than a possible HIV infection. If it were that simple to transmit HIV, am sure almost everyone would have been HIV positive.

In all, chances are so minimal if not absent. Be relaxed and report any further worries to me.
