The probability to transmit HIV infection through receptive oral sex is very low but it can happen.Oral intercourse is considered a low risk sexual activity for transmitting HIV but it is possible to acquire HIV this way.
The probability increases if the persons involved in oral sex have any sore,cut or wound.If you have had unprotected oral sex with a women and you don't know her HIV status ,I would suggest to get tested for HIV.This is the only way to exclude it completely.
