Question: Hello dr, i scared due to an incident. I ll tell u in detail so that u can understand my questions better.
- I had protected vaginal sex wid an unknown girl, i checked condom twice it was not leaked nor broken nor teared. I checked it by filling water in it, it was not leaked.
- I fingered her vagina, not more than 1 minute, i didnt had any fresh cut or injury on my fingers, my fingers were not actively bleeding.
- i deep kissed her not more than 1 minute. I remember i didnt had any sore or injury in my mouth. I was actively bleeding in my mouth. I know saliva dont have virus, it kills virus. But what if some blood of her was there in her saliva? I read that almost on every website that kissing with blood or without blood is not risky, is it true?
- next morning while brushing i saw my tongue hav small cracks or cuts.. i showed it to my dr he said its fissured tongue and its normal. It is not a factor for hiv risk. Was he true?
My qstns are
(1) is there any risk involved in what i did with her?
(2) do i need to test?
(3) fissured tongue is risky? if suppose she had blood in her saliva is there any chance that it will enter through macous in bloodstream of tongue?
(4) i am worried bcoz of that fissured tongue only, is there anything to worry or i am over reacting?

I read ur ans n it gave me relief. Yes sir i was not having any bleeding in my mouth, nore injury or wound. But i dnt knw her status and i even dnt knw she had any wound or injury in her mouth. But i didnt felt any taste of blood.
(1) if there is wound in mouth, it needs to be bleeding to cause hiv transmission, right? Only dry wound is not required, right?
(2) i am very much sure that i didnt had any bleeding wound that time, agar hota to spicy khate waqt pata chalta or brush karte wakt pata chal jata.
(3) i want to know, tongue pe XXXXXXX cracks or cuts hote hai fissured tongue k wajeh se agar uske andar chala XXXXXXX saliva toh its risky?
(4) mucous membrane kaha hoti hai mouth ki? I heard that agar cut bhi ho tongue pe ya cracks ho to no need to worrry coz there r many layers for protection n uske niche bloodstream hoti hai aisa suna hai, is it true?
Dr i am just worried coz of cracks n cut like thng on my tongue (fissured tongue) i was not bleeding m sure. Dnt knw about her. Is there risk? Do i really need to test????
