Posted on Sat, 26 Dec 2015
Question: I have a history of stomach ulcers. I am nonsymptomatic now, but can never take montron, advil, etc.
Is it safe for me to take garcinia cambogia to lose weight.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Yes but prefer natural measures for weight loss

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. History of stomach ulcers with inability to use advil or any other NSAID indicates NSAID induced gastritis. You can use some antacid like nexium with the NSAIDS when needed, it will compensate for the stomach pain, Preferably you can use some tylenol or acetaminophen of any other brand as that does not worsen the gastritis.

As far as garcinia cambogia is concerned, yes it can be used in losing weight but it may worsen your stomach ulcers. I prefer natural means to lose weight by reducing caloric intake, eating less carbs high protein diet, weight losing exercises, signing up to an FDA approved weight loss programs. Losing weight as the slowest possible pace like 2 pounds a week and no more than that etc. Preferring natural measures can prevent adverse effects or reduce it to minimum.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
