Yes you can take epsom salts for constipation. Epsom salt like some other medications for constipation (milk of magnesia) contains magnesium. It will not interfere with your heart if you take it only at the recommended doses. I have done a drug interaction check and there are no drug interactions between the magnesium and any of the medications that you are currently taking.
