Brief Answer:
You may use but after consulting your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Convance-D (Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide combination) is highly unlikely can cause erectile dysfunction or it is NOT the listed in the group of drugs which causes ED.

Since it is a anti-hypertensive drug and Viagra (sildenafil) can also cause low blood pressure after taking it.Viagra must be taken under strict doctor's supervision.

You may take Viagra (50 mg which is comparatively low dose) provided that your blood pressure is within normal range by this anti-hypertensive medicine and if your doctor suggests.

Also,it is a prescription based drug,so you will need to take written prescription from physician.

Hope this helps.
