Question: Yes I would like to know if there would be any interaction with these medicines taken together COLCRYS ALLUPURINOL and the antibiotic CIPROFLOXACIN HCL 500 MG

I have looked at these medications, individually and collectively and there is no possible drug interaction between them. Avoid taking ciprofloxacine with milk or dairy products at the same time as they reduce absorption into the system. Also, keep away from grape fruit as it can increase colchicine concentrations to dangerous levels.
