Question: Hi Doctor, I have Cold started from last night. I have bought Cetrizine-Cipla, Chestocold, and Almox 500 tablets....can i take these tablets? pls advise

Cetrizine is an antihistaminic given for cold, runny nose. It decreases histamine release and helps in relieving symptoms.
Chestocold contains Paracetamol for fever.
Almox500 is an antibiotic.
You will be fine in 2-3 days.

they had suggested for morning and night for 2 days all 3 tablets.....so hope ill be fine in 2 days
