Hello, AAAA
I am not quite sure when you get these sensations, either
after a meal or before. Your symptoms may be related to
your sensitivity to acid. If your problem is more of gas bloating,
then we have to think of causes.
If you are lactose intolerant you have to have a breath test
to rule this out. If you chew gum, if you eat too fast, you
may be swallowing more air. Also, drinking a lot of carbonated
drinks adds to more gas.Smoking also adds to the problem.
Make sure that you drink enough water daily.
You can try taking products like "Gas-x" or Phazyme that
are over the counter and see if they help.
You can always get a sonogram of the gallbladder to see if
you have gallstones.
Good luck and good health.
