Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Cocaine is a psychoactive substance and the drug is commonly used addictive substance. When a person takes cocaine it results in rapid heart rate, repetitive itching, delusional ideas, increased body temperature etc symptoms and signs.

With prolonged use chronic respiratory spasm, headaches, redness of face, constricted vessels in eyes and redness, dilated pupil, flu like syndrome etc are seen.

In blood work increased eosinophil count is seen. With prolonged use by snorting cocaine individuals develop damage to cartilage of nostrils which may result in depression of nasal bridge.

A cocaine addict have repetitive nasal discharge, depressed nose, hoarse voice, redness of face etc common signs. Insomnia, weight loss despite increased appetite are other features.

These are common symptoms and signs of cocaine use. I hope this helps you. Still have more doubts or questions to ask please ask again in follow up.

Thanks, take care
