Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

He is having vitamin D3 deficiency and mildly raised cholesterol and liver enzymes. Liver enzymes can be raised due to any acute infection or due to alcohol. For cholesterol, lifestyle modification with walking for half an hour everyday and avoiding deep fried and oily food will help. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water.

For vitamin D3, he can take Dvion capsules/soft gels 60,000 IU once weekly after dinner for 12 weeks.

Rest of the report is normal.

I hope this answered your query.

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I don't know about homeopathy medicines. Vitamin B12 is in the normal range but on the lower side so you can take injections or just tablets for vitamin B12.

I need more details about his complaints. Does he have a fever, jaundice, loose stools or vomiting or any infection?

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The injection you are taking Eldervit-12 is correct for vitamin b12. Injection is for 7 days alternatively. After that, you can take vitamin b12 tablets. You can take the vitamin tablet as advised earlier - Dvion, there is no combination of both as an injection. Fatigue and lethargy can be due to vitamin d3 deficiency.

It is best not to take both homeopathic and allopathic medicines. Finish with homeopathic and then start allopathic.

I hope this answered your query.
