Question: Can someone have cvat and not have any urinary problems. Severe pain feels like under the ribs and lower back.

Pain under ribs and lower back may be due to many reasons like musculoskeletal causes,urogenital causes etc.It is not necessarily associated with urinary problems.
Patient need detail clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal and liver function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.X-ray of L/S spine can be taken after evaluation.
Ultrasound of abdomen is very important and it can exclude many conditions.

Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You are taking right medicines and should take rest.
