Are HIV Test Done On 11 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Doctor,

I have done HIV 1 & 2 test on 11 days, western blot test on 27 days and HIV 1 RNA Quantitative Real Time PCR test on 73 days (Report attached) and in all the tests results are negative can i relaxed now
