Question: Hi My cholesterol level 370 which is very high. Also my bp in 130/90. please advise

Considering the high cholesterol levels I suggest you to consult a internal medicine specialist and be placed on anticholesterol medications at the earliest. The class of the medications needed would be decided by the doctor after examining you. Also restricting dietary fat and spices is very essential measure to control the cholesterol levels in blood.
