The majority of the time, a single post-auricular lymph node with little change is risk-free. An inflammatory condition that occurred behind the ear or in the ear canal caused the lymph node to protrude.

Dandruff, a tiny pimple, or skin inflammation around the lymph nodes' drainage site are all possibilities. I genuinely believe there is no cause for concern because the lesion is not malignant and you don't have any other symptoms or noticeable signs of malignancy.

You should refrain from frequently touching the lymph node, in my opinion.
