Brief Answer:
IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome to Ask a doctor.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
You are suffering from a disease called IBS.It is a spectrum of disease like Ulcerative colitis and chron's disease where gut gets inflammed, swollen, large amount of fluids secreted by intestines, mucus secreted in stools, multiple ulcers occur in intestines which may bleed. There are mucoid diarrhoea, cramping, dumping diarrhoea and malabsorption.

This can easily be diagnosed and UC and CD can be differentiated, if you visit a good gastroenterologist who will do a colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy, biopsy of intestinal lining ,stool examination and CT enterography or MR enterography if needed.
Blood tests reveal nothing.

As far as treatment is concerned,It consists of anti-inflammatory medications -Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like sulfasalizine which relieves pain, decreases inflammation and reduces fever.
Antibiotics are given to control infection and it stops the growth of or kills bacteria.
Immunosuppressive drugs like azothioprine reduces immune response.
Steroid modifies or simulates hormone effects, often to reduce inflammation or for tissue growth and repair.
Analgesic relieves pain and dietary supplements works alone or in conjunction with other treatments to promote health.
Take small and frequent meals instead of large major meals.Have plentiful oral water and fluids. Keep yourself well hydrated.Avoid fatty and junk food.
Anxiety and overstress increase symptoms. Be distressed and be physically active.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any doubts, please let me know.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
