Hi, I have a question about my 2 year old son who has a viral infection in his mouth . He has swollen gums that are bleeding at least once a day for the past 3 days. We went to see a children dentist yesterday and she sais it should go away by itself, but I m still concerned about ma baby health....

Seems to be stomach infection. It may be a bacterial, candidal or a chronic viral infection. If viral it may go away. You need to take hygienic food and clean drinking water. Also do exercise and take fruits to increase immunity.
