I have swollen gums. How to bring them in normal condition. please find the swollen gums pic attached.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have viewed the image and it shows that your gums are inflamed and swollen..
There are areas of gum recession too..
So first of all you should consult an Oral Physician and get a deep Scaling done..
It will be followed by a course of antibiotics like Metronidazole.
Massage your gums with gum paint..
Do warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
You should see for improvement in next 15 days..
Further treatment will be decided accordingly..
