Thanks for asking the query,
Swelling of gums indicates inflammation of the gums known as gingivitis
it shows symptoms such as bleeding gums
, swelling, pain and sensitivity, recession of gum, exposure of tooth surface.
It can also be related to infection in the front tooth, or due to poor oral hygiene
due to plague
and calculus deposition ,
I would suggest you to get a clinical evaluation done, take an x-ray of the tooth,
If the infection is arrising from tooth get RCT treatment done.
Go for complete mouth scaling, polishing, root planing and curretage.
Use antiseptic mouthwash twice daily.
Hope this helps out.
