I have a month old bruise on my leg that has a small lump in it that feels like a BB. Should I be worried?
Depending on how large the original bruise was, this can be part of the normal course of healing. Sometimes after local trauma the body can respond with a vigorous inflammatory and regenerative response forming a local growth. A physical examination by a physician would certainly be reasonable if the nodule does not go away in a few weeks or if it gets larger/changes appearance.
