Question: I have a bruise on my upper arm, dark black/ purple, with a lump under the bruise. It goes away and comes back in the exact same spot, lasts for about 2 weeks and slowly fades as the lump gets smaller. Then starts again, bruise gets darker and darker - lump is there - then fades and shrinks...

The bruise comes with the underlying lump, the area is tender and there is some pain in the muscle. No itching / no trauma / no other bruises/ not warm to touch. This comes and goes in the exact same spot over and over for several months.
