Hi Doctot%2C i have high TG and LDL%2C can i take Protinix
Hello and welcome to HCM,
You will have to look for constituents of the protinix powder.
Food items high in fats are best avoided as the TG and LDL levels are raised.
Besides avoiding fatty foods, consult your physician for prescription of drugs decreasing TG and LDL levels.
Thanks and take care

What are the foods ( veg and non veg )which are high in omega 3 fatty acids that increase HDL and help reduce LDL.
The below food products are rich in omega 3 fatty acids
1. Cod liver oil and it's products
2. Flax seeds oil
3. Walnut oil
4. Soya beans
5. Sea food like salmon
Any food products cooked or fried in these oil would be rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
I hope it helped.
Wish you great health.
