Hi, i have upper chest pain on the left side an inch or 2 below my collarbone. Hurts more when i take a deep breath. Felt the same kinda pain when exercising
It can either pleuritic or charged pain.
If you have no fever/cough/breathing difficulty,
try simple analgesics like ibuprofen for 3 days.
If not getting down, kindly see your doctor for evaluation.

Pain on bilateral collarbone while coughing and sneezing suggests some musculoskeletal disorder.
