What Causes Sudden Sharp Pain In Left Temple?

Question: Hi. I was sleeping on my left side with my chin close to my left collar bone. I pressed down on my left collar bone and experienced a sharp apin in my left temple. I have also noticed that if I turn my head to the left and place my chin towards my collar bone, I then experience pain at the top of my left part of the head. Always when I turn my head to the left and down, and now if I depress my left collar bone with my fingers a sharp pain to the left temple. please help.
