Feeling sleepy, tiredness, headache, thirsty, restless legs. What to do?
i feel always lazy sleepy, and tired. when i do walking my nerves pain in head and throut get dried and start pulling like i am very much thirsty. where ever i sit i feel to better lie down. whole day i feel sleeping but i dont go for sleep and when night i want to sleep i dont get sleep struggle...
Why i feel very thirsty ?
I am a diabetic and still thirsty all the time I am on medication for my diabetes I have spoken to my diabetic nurse at my doctors surgery and she just say it nothing to do with my diabetes I am sure that this is not the case
