Will Shave Excision Or Electrosurgery Be Better If Fibrous Papule Grows Back?

I have had a fibrous papule on the rim of my nose( right side). I have had a shave excision in the past but over time it always grows back. It can also be pink or red in color. Cosmetically, it bothers me.. would you recommend another shave excision or electrosurgery? or what? I'm 45 yrs old and other then this my skin looks pretty good & I take really good care of it.
thanks,
alison

hi
the previous lesion which you have removed was it send for histopathology or not that you need to confirm.because the lesion removed earlier was it basically a papule or not this is decided perfectly on histopathology.and the reccurent nature of disease can also be understood better in this.
so if this time you do a shave excision then send the lesion or sample for histopathology to decide the further treatment.
regards
