Wife Underwent Abortion, Having Blood Group B -ve. Husband AB+ve. What Are The Precautions To Avoid Abortions In Future?

Hi doctor, my name is Ali. We have just faced a problem while my wife got pregnant for first time and then she went through D & C procedure bcz of blighted ovum. She was also got anti d injection after D & C. Her blood group is B -ve snd mine is AB+ve. I just want to know what precations she need to adopt before getting pregrant to avoid any problem like we face before?

Blighted ovum means fertilized egg implants in the uterus but doesn't develop into embryo..
it is one of the causes of miscarriage..
The cause for this miscarriage is chromosomal abnormality..
You have got anti D injection after that..good
with your blood groups there will be no problem in conceiving ..
But after miscarriage you ahoul wait for three menstrual cycles to conceive again..
Consult gynecologist and get more suggestions
