Is My HSG Report Normal?

Hi, As per the suggestion from a gyna, I have done my HSG. Report says - uterine cavity normal in size and shape. No filling defect noted. Both the fallopian tubes normal in caliber with limited free spillage on either side. What does this mean.. is everything fine?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Limited spillage from both the rubes with normal caliber indicates reduced tubal lumen. It might be due to inflammation with finding for the cause you would be given specific medication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
