hi,,, i m 18 years old, my height is 5 ft 3 inches, and my weight is 76 kilograms, 15 to 20 kilograms overweight ,,,i want to loss 10 kilograms 3 months,,,which medicine wil help? i consulted with a doctor he gave me some instruction but they r nt working,,,pls tell me any medicine to lose weight?

Hi,
First of all go for thyroid test and ruled out hypothyroid.
Avoid total fat and take moderate carbohydrates in diet.
Avoid rice, potatoes,junk food.
No food in between two meals, if you feel hungry,take salads.
Avoid more tea, coffee, sweets and cold drinks.
Go for regular exercises like running, jogging, swimming.
Ok and take care.
