Are Rashes A Side Effect Of HCG Diet?

I'm a 32 yr old female who weighs 189. I started taking HCG diet while maintaing a very low calorie diet, no carb diet. Two days after starting this program I've developed a rash under my arm pits and inner thighs. What can cause this reaction? I haven't started anything new to my diet.
