When Should I Avoid Intercourse To Prevent Pregnancy?

Hey I was wondering this that Im not on the pill but in a relationship and not trying to get pregnant but my periods are irregular my average works out at 32 cycle days over the last 6 months. Is there a time I should be completely absent from intercourse even though we do use protection

Hello,

YES, you can use SAFE PERIOD to avoid unwanted pregnancy without taking pill. It should be practiced correctly and depends on your regular period cycle.

If your cycle length is within 28 to 32 days (irregular), then your FERTILE PERIOD will be from 10th to 23rd day of each cycle. You must avoid unprotected sex in this time.

On the other hand, first 5 days before and after period are EXTREMELY SAFE.
