Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking An Emergency Contraceptive?

Question: Hi I am XXXX. I had sex with my girlfriend last month Oct 14th,15th and 16th. She first took a contraceptive pill considering we have done for all. But again we made love within 4 hours of her taking the pill. so I forced her take another pill too which was after 72 hours later of us having sex. Now she is late in her periods by 2 weeks making us nervous. Also today morning (13-nov-16) she vomitted. What should we do??? Should we wait or go for medications.If we should go for medications then prescirbe us. give us some suggestions asap...

Thanks for the query to HCM,
IF she has taken just a combined oral contraceptive pill and just one pill before and after the sex, then she will not be protected from pregnancy. It should have been an emergency contraceptive pill like an Ipill which should have been taken within 72hrs of intercourse.
Now that she has missed periods by 2 weeks, it is important that she should rule out pregnancy with a urine pregnancy kit first. She may be pregnant.

Suggest some kit's name. And if in case it is positive what should be our next step. we want to do abortion with medicines only. Up to when abortion can be done with medicines. prescribe us the medicines too.

Hello,
Before considering anything , just rule out or confirm pregnancy first. If positive then you need to get an ultrasound pelvis done to confirm intrauterine pregnancy as well because meds would not work if the pregnancy is ectopic. Also abortifacients cannot be prescribed online.
They have to be prescribed in written by gynecologist, so you would have to visit one.

It is legal or illegal to do abortion before marriage. how much money it would costs as a whole to complete the abortion process. whether i should accompany her to the clinic as i am far away from her working in XXXXXXX it is difficult. she is in banglore. can u suggest a clinic in banglore for abortion as you have studied there.
