What Should Be Done To Stop Nose Bleeding ?
hi :] im 16 and i have been experiencing nose bleeds for a long time now..they seem to be getting worse. i just had one a few minutes ago. it worries me because i am really anemic , and i just keep bleeding . i cant go one day without bleeding from my nose! : [ ......... Ive always been pale since im anemic..but since these nose bleeds started they are getting worse. please help ..i think im dieing

i find it weird that when people need help and cant go anywhere they come here for answers..but this website asks for money its just nonsense.
Ive tired before to ask a question but they want money
i mean i am also a 17 year old i dont have a credit card

Dear jazzy
you are suffering from epistaxis where in there can be recurrent nasal bleeding. Various reasons can be assigned to it and it can also call for nasl packing in severe cases. Look for if you are hypertensive or diabetic then line of treatment may vary a bit. Avoid pricking of nose with fingers if you do so. prevent dry crust formation in nose, donot move out in sun and donot over expose yourself to heat. Keep your head covered while moving out. Use ice pack on nose when bleeding starts and spill water on your head and fore head to check bleeding. It calls for increasing your immunity. I am a herbalist so i recommend you to have indian goose berry regularly, rose petals from non grafted roses[ the one used to make rose water] mixed with sugar are used internally and very fine powder of coral is used to prevent recurrance. this will also increase your immunity. wish you perfect health.
