What Kind Of Daily Diet Is Ideal During Pregnancy ?

Dear Dr, I am bhavana 29 year F , i had 19 week pregency. currently my ultrasound report suggest that , BPD 40.4mm(18 w 2 dasys), HC 144.2mm (17 week 5 days)- small for date, Ac 123.5mm (18 w)FL 28.9 mm (187 w 6 days) EFA is 18 week 2 days, here i want to know the meaning of Small for date in Hc measurment means? what type of daily diet required for me. kindly suggest

Thanks for posting your query.

Small for date would mean, the weight of the baby is not up to expected standards for that particular time of pregnancy.

There would be many causes for this which would be maternal, fetal or placental.

It does not actually go with the diet.

The cause like if any placental abnormality or pre-eclampsia would need to be corrected for this.
