Hi, iam kavya a medical student iam suffering with sever headache and while studying eyes are paining a lot when i too CT Brain (Plain) the impression was 1) Pansinusitis 2) Old granulomatous lesion in parafalcine and bilateral high parietal regions. so iam not able to understand the problem, Kindly help me out what type of treatment can be taken and consult which division doctor (ENT, Neurosurgery.

Youd would need to consult with an ENt doctor first. have you had your eyes checked?
Do you still have nasal congestion and thick secretions from you nose? if you do you would need to have that treated first-sinusitis
