What Is The Treatment For Advanced Cataracts?

I'm a 40 year old female with a history of Lymphoma and spinal fusion. Saw my eye doctor and was told I have "advanced" cataracts. The dr supposed it was from Chemo or multiple steroid use. What is my prognosis and is there anything I can do about it at this point?
