Hello,

It is a rare disorder characterized by hearing defects, vasculitis with brain dysfunction. Probably hyperactive immune system is the cause. Treated with prednisone, intravenous Methylprednisolone, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), Cyclophosphamide, Mycophenolate Mofetil, Azathioprine and biological therapies also available. Please consult with your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
