What Causes Chilling In Nose While Breathing?

In the last 2 weeks when I breath air thru my nose it feels like I am breathing in air from below 0 temps. With this my eyeballs will feel just as cold. The outside of my nose is cold to touch. What is going on? My age is 57, height is 5 3 , weight is 135. I use nasacort AQ for allergic rhionitus. Beginning stages of cataracts. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I have fibromyalgia. I have acid reflux and high blood pressure which both are controlled by diet and meds.

It may be due to olfactory nerve injury or trigeminal nerve parasthesia may present like this.

So use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use b12 and folic acid supplement for one week.
