hi chicken pox can be cured within 7-10 days without treatment.use only symptomatic treatment like calamine lotion and atarax syrup top relieve from itching.black spots can be treated with aloedem and niltan ointment at night and vitamin e tablet daily once can cure the black spots within one or two months
