any viral fever with rash usually subsides with in a weekafter onset of rash..other symptoms may persist or newly occur if developing any complications..but the scars of chickenpox rashes persist for long time,weeks to months , sometimes permanently if they were deep scars.

don't scratch the scars or the rashes because it last for a long time and the rash can last forever
it would be permanent and cannot be remove.
