What Is The Reason For Getting A Feeling Of Hotness In The Hands And Feet After Waking Up In The Morning ?

I am Manzoor Ahmad.I am 32 unmarried.From the last few days I am feeling that whenever I wake up in the morning I had my hands and feet very hot.Sometimes it remain hot for the day. Doctor what is the problem.Please advise me what I will do for it.

please do not be anxious about your condition.
usually a high temperature can be a result of an infection.
mr mansoor usually hands an feet warm in the morning can be sometimes associated with pain and inability or pain while moving your arms and legs. if you have the any of the mentioned symptoms like pain on movement of hands and feet, stiffness of joints, you might be having symptoms of arthritis which can be ruled out with examination and x ray.
it would be appropriate for you to consult an orthopedician and get a full check up done.
