Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Junior Lanzol is Lansoprozole which is proton pump inhibitor and suppresses gastric acid secretion. It's only helpful in reducing cough due to Gastroesophageal reflux.
RRest of the cough it has no role.
Would suggest you to discuss this with your Physician.

Take care
