Read your query, there is no difference between cyst n PCOD. cyst is nothing but some abnormal growth of any internal or external part of body, PCOD means poly cystic overian diease means multiple abnormal growth in ovary.

so the sever of the discease depends on the size of the cyst,rite?So what is the abnormal size of the cyst.
