What Is The Alternate Medicine For Dermatoid Arthritis?

I have to have a Biopsy done on February the 3rd, the Hospital personnel told me to stop aspirin completely for 10 day. I suffer from severe Dermatoid arthritis and have to taca Anacin (aspirin) every 6 hrs. as an anti-inflammatory, I also take less often Fiorinal, to top it off I have a cold that makes me feel with no energy. What medication would you suggest to replace Aspiri for this 10 days?I have a very swollen knee, will have surgery..Thank you

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There are several pain killers to use in place of the asprin. You can use narcotic pain medicines with minimum no of tablets.
But use them only till the surgery is over for biopsy. When your doctor allows you to use the asprin, you can continue to have it.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for for 10 consecutive days and then periodically for ever to have a minimum pain with the arthritis.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, snd sea foods when you have more pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
