What Is Methadone For?

I have been doing heroin use for a few years started methadone maintanence is it true that you have to have a dirty urine sample to stay on the program I left for about a month and went back said I had to start all over and had to use in order for them to determine the right dose of methadone to give me was at 100 currently at 60 say they will cut me off if my urine isn t dirty

Methadone is the drug used to treat in opiod depndance as a replacement to heroin.It is used to help you quit heroin.If you are able to maintain abstinence after reducing methadone, it is not required to continue.

All the best for your future, hope you will stop using heroin and gradually stop methadone also.
