General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bleeding in the stomach can have various causes, including ulcers, inflammation, tumors, blood vessel abnormalities, and certain medications. The prolonged use of antibiotics like Monocef and Oxofloxacin can irritate the lining of the stomach and increase the risk of bleeding. However, bleeding in the stomach may also be caused by other factors unrelated to the medication, such as a stomach ulcer, gastritis, or an underlying medical condition.

It is essential to consult a doctor immediately and get proper medical attention as the girl is discharging blood with urine. The doctor may perform additional tests, such as an endoscopy or colonoscopy, to determine the cause of bleeding in the stomach. The treatment will depend on the underlying cause of the bleeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
